Senior M&A Manager

Key responsibilities:

Identify and engage acquisition targets across a fragmented healthcare market
Build trusted relationships with founder-led businesses and guide owners through the sale process
Develop and convert a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities
Lead deal lifecycle from origination through to completion
Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives
Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful integration of acquired businesses

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in M&A origination and deal execution
Strong track record of building relationships with founder-owners
Commercially astute with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
Experience in a buy-and-build, private equity-backed, corporate development or acquisitive environment
Exposure to multi-site sectors such as healthcare, dental, veterinary, care homes, consumer services or related industries is highly desirable
