Strategy & Corporate Development Manager

The Role
This is a broad role combining Growth Strategy (c.75%) and Corporate Development (c.25%), providing exposure to both strategic decision-making and transaction-related activity.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategy.
Evaluating new market entry opportunities, geographic expansion plans and commercial growth initiatives.
Building business cases, financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
Conducting market, competitor and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Supporting M&A activity across the deal lifecycle, including target assessment, execution and integration.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic projects and operational improvements.
Preparing recommendations and materials for executive-level decision making.

Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, investment banking or a similar analytical environment.
Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling capabilities.  
Experience delivering strategy, growth, transformation or M&A-related projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
An interest in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technology-led businesses.
