Responsibilities

Own the overall office and guest experience, ensuring a consistently polished and welcoming environment
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, facilities, vendors, and service providers
Own office budget management, including expense tracking, spend management, and vendor cost control, in partnership with Finance
Anticipate office needs and resolve issues proactively
Plan and execute employee events and office gatherings from start to finish
Manage relationships with building management and external service providers
Ensure the office consistently reflects the firm’s high standards and brand
