Are you an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner looking for a new challenge with the flexibility of remote working?

I'm currently recruiting for a Fast Track Fee Earner (MOJ/Portal) to join an established and growing Personal Injury team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in claimant personal injury, particularly MOJ Portal claims, who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering excellent client outcomes.

You'll be responsible for handling a caseload of non-infant MOJ claims from initial instruction through to settlement, working within a supportive team that values experience, collaboration, and professional development.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of your own caseload, with responsibilities including:

• Managing a caseload of Fast Track personal injury claims through the MOJ Portal.
• Progressing claims from initial instruction through to settlement.
• Assessing liability, evidence, and quantum to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Gathering and reviewing medical evidence and supporting documentation.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and other relevant parties.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Providing regular updates and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Ensuring files are accurately maintained and compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

What I'm Looking For

I'm particularly interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience handling MOJ/Portal personal injury claims.
• A strong understanding of the MOJ Portal process and claimant personal injury legislation.
• Experience independently managing a busy, high-volume Fast Track caseload.
• The ability to progress claims efficiently and confidently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-care skills.
• Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
• Confidence using case management systems.

Experience within a busy claimant personal injury environment would be advantageous.
