Job Title: Property Conveyancer

Location: Wirral (with up to 3 days working from home)

Salary: from £35,000 to £45,000

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role: Our client, a reputable and structured firm based on the Wirral, is seeking a confident and experienced Conveyancer to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a diverse caseload of sale, purchase, freehold, leasehold, transfers and remortgage cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of approximately 80-100 conveyancing files.
• Predomaninately handling sale and purchase transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties but also be asked to handle remortage and transfers.
• Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and within set timeframes.
• Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Working collaboratively with the property team to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conveyancing, managing files from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle a busy caseload.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
