Salary: £35,000-£45,000 DOE

We are working with a well-established and progressive firm looking to welcome a Residential Conveyancer to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own files, delivering excellent client service and working in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of approximately 80 residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, with the support and resources needed to work efficiently and deliver a high-quality service to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, along with other residential property transactions.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Conducting due diligence, reviewing searches and raising enquiries.
• Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive client journey.

About You

• You MUST have experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• You are organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities.
• You have strong communication and client care skills.
• You take pride in delivering an efficient, professional and personable service.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and value a supportive working environment.
