We’re looking for talented sales professionals to join our growing team in Motherwell. You don’t need finance experience. If you’ve got a proven track record in sales, the right attitude, and a desire to succeed, we’ll provide the training and support to help you become a successful Motor Finance Specialist.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through their vehicle finance journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
You’ll:
· Manage warm inbound finance enquiries (no cold calling)
· Build rapport and understand customers’ needs and circumstances
· Recommend suitable finance solutions from our panel of lenders
· Package and submit finance applications
· Work closely with lenders, dealerships, and suppliers
· Keep customers informed throughout the process
· Ensure all activity is completed in line with FCA regulations
· Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
This is a consultative sales role where building trust and delivering great outcomes is just as important as achieving sales targets.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from people who:
· Have at least 12 months’ experience in a sales environment
· Enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships
· Are driven by targets and earning potential
· Have strong communication and negotiation skills
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Are organised and able to manage multiple customers at once
· Want to develop a long-term career rather than simply move jobs
Experience within finance, automotive, telecoms, estate agency, retail sales, recruitment, or call centre sales would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Example Shift Pattern
Week 1
· Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Week 2
· 10am to 7pm weekdays (with 2 days off during the week)
· Saturday: 9am to 6pm
· Sunday: 10:30am to 5:30pm
