We’re looking for an ambitious Regional Field Sales Manager to develop and grow our dealer network across the Northeast of England.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Manager, Sales Controller, General Sales Manager or Motor Finance professional looking for a field-based role with strong earning potential, and genuine career progression.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for building and developing relationships with dealerships and introducers across your region, helping them maximise performance whilst ensuring excellent customer outcomes and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new dealer and introducer partnerships
· Grow and strengthen existing relationships
· Re-engage dormant accounts and maximise opportunities
· Increase finance penetration and business volumes
· Promote the CarMoney proposition across your territory
· Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are maintained
· Provide market insight and competitor feedback
What We’re Looking For
· Experience within the motor trade or automotive finance sector
· Previous experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, General Sales Manager or similar
· Strong understanding of motor finance products and processes
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
· Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
· Self-motivated, driven and commercially focused
· Full UK Driving Licence
