Junior Sales Specialist with Romanian

We are looking for a driven Junior Sales Specialist based in Bucharest to join our International team. In this role, you will support our growth in the Romanian market by acquiring and nurturing relationships with local clients. What will you be doing?

• Prospecting & Outreach: Identifying potential B2B clients and making initial contact via email, phone, and LinkedIn. 
• Lead Qualification: Pre-qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales team members.
• Sales Enablement: Preparing basic sales proposals, presentations, and supporting standard client onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate client and pipeline records in HubSpot.
• Reporting & Events: Tracking basic sales metrics and supporting webinars, conferences, and lead generation campaigns.

What do you need to join us?

• Language Skills: Fluency in Romanian and a strong working command of English (both written and spoken).
• Initial experience (around 3 to 6 months) in sales, customer service, marketing, or research.
• Sales Fundamentals: Basic understanding of the B2B sales cycle, as well as the principles of prospecting, lead qualification, and customer segmentation.
• High level of professional business communication etiquette, curiosity, and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of online marketing, content marketing and SEO.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Practical experience in using communication and prospecting tools (particularly LinkedIn / Sales Navigator).
