— Minimum 2:1 (Hons) degree (or equivalent) in a suitable engineering discipline
— Commitment to achieving chartership
— Strong interest in civils disciplines such as hydraulics, flood risk, etc.
— Strong interest in learning what turns a bunch of drawings into an actual project
— Digitally savvy, preferably with programming skills
