Our client, a distinguished financial services company is seeking a Prague-based IT Security Specialist with a focus on Operational Security. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational security of the company in compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Details:

Location: Hybrid in Prague (2-3 days/week)
Languages: Czech and English
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough gap analysis of existing processes and setups against DORA requirements.

• Develop a detailed implementation plan to address the identified gaps.

• Lead the implementation of necessary measures to ensure compliance with DORA.

• Collaborate with various IT departments, including development, delivery, and operations, to integrate these measures effectively.

Requirements:

•  Proficiency in Czech and English is mandatory.

• Proven experience in IT operations (e.g., network, data centers, storage, servers, OS, databases, monitoring, incident, and event management).

• Familiarity with SIEM tools and vulnerability management.

• Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
