This is a varied administrative role in a busy, fast-paced environment, where no two days are necessarily the same. You’ll provide essential support to the team, helping to keep paperwork up to date, information accurate and jobs organised from start to finish.
If you’re a confident administrator who enjoys being part of a team, can manage competing priorities and takes pride in getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Providing general administrative support to the Contracting and Earthworks teams.
- Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and electronic filing systems.

- Updating internal systems with job, labour, plant and project information.
- Supporting the team with emails, telephone calls and day-to-day enquiries.
- Assisting with document control and ensuring information is recorded and stored correctly.
- Liaising with colleagues across the business to help keep operations running efficiently.
- Supporting the wider team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administration or office-based role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

- Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a busy operational environment.
