Mission.

Define and manage the product vision and strategy, aligning with customer and business goals.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business and customer requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on objectives.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and continuous refinement.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, providing feedback and driving improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business processes.
Monitor product performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate communication and governance, ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders.
Participate in sprint reviews and provide feedback to optimize future development cycles.
Lead training sessions and stakeholder awareness initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.

At least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst.
Strong domain expertise in insurance, particularly in Health and Life & Savings (including Employee Benefits).
Experience with IT solutions used in the insurance sector.

Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and process reengineering.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid approaches.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and prioritization skills to maximize product value.
Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage external service providers.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Fluent in French and English.
