HR Assistant with French & English (Part-time)

What you’ll do

• Support the HR team with the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, salary changes, promotions, bonuses and leavers
• Update employee data in SAP (no experience needed, you’ll be trained)
• Prepare contracts, amendments and onboarding documents
• Edit and update document templates in French
• Communicate by email with colleagues across Europe
• Work closely with payroll and HR teams to keep processes running smoothly

Employee requirements

What we’re looking for

• University student (HR, languages, economics, business or similar)
• French at B1 level or higher, mainly written
• English at B2 level or higher
• Eye for detail and you don’t mind administrative work
• Interest in HR, corporate processes or using your languages professionally
• Team player who communicates well
• Eager to learn new things
• SAP experience is a plus, not a requirement
