Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Support (Part-Time)

Salary conditions (gross): 6 - 7 € /hour

We are looking for a creative student who sees marketing as more than just a subject at university, but also as a passion. If you are studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field and would like to gain hands-on experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition alongside your studies, join the team of Henkel!

What will you do?

• Support the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition team with daily activities.
• Create HR newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and social media content.
• Design simple and engaging visuals using Canva.
• Bring fresh ideas for strengthening our employer brand and attracting talent.
• Contribute to student-focused initiatives and help grow our Student Network community.
• Stay up to date with trends in marketing, social media, and employer branding.

Employee requirements

Who are we looking for?

• A university student (ideally in their 3rd or 4th year of study).
• Someone studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• A person who is genuinely interested in marketing, social media, and content creation, even outside of their studies.
• A creative individual with a proactive mindset and their own ideas.
• Experience with Canva and LinkedIn is an advantage.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level and Slovak language proficiency at C2 level.
