Sales Business Manager

Work Flexibility: Field-based

We are looking for an experienced Sales Business Manager you will drive growth of Stryker’s Orthopedics (specifically Trauma) portfolio across Bucharest by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a high level of autonomy, combining strategic account management, complex sales execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

What will you do

• Promote and grow Stryker’s Orthopedics portfolio within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders
• Organize and deliver product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to existing and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity
• Support customers in selecting solutions that align with clinical needs and available budgets
• Manage sales forecasts, tender opportunities, contract proposals, and customer follow-up activities
• Partner closely with internal teams including Logistics and Customer Service to ensure smooth product delivery, invoicing, and inventory management
• Participate in local and regional exhibitions, congresses, and educational events to represent the Stryker brand and portfolio

What you need

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within sales or commercial roles
• Strong knowledge of the medical device environment and medical device regulations
• Strong commercial and business acumen with proven negotiation and strategic account management skills
• Experience working with customers in the Operating Room environment; experience with an Orthopaedic portfolio is preferred
• Ability to independently manage complex opportunities and senior customer relationships
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Professional Romanian and English language skills
• University degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience
• Valid driver’s license

Romania Pay Ranges:

• Romania:16,400.00 - 27,400.00 RON Monthly

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role.  In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
