About the role

Campaign Manager

An ideal candidate would have experience working with content on e- Сommerce sites, understands analytics and the basics of HTML coding

Launch personalized, A/B testing and content campaigns in Dynamic Yield personalization platform and Algolia Search Optimization platform;
Prepare each campaign details and full description;
Schedule campaigns together with web-developers and customer success managers;
User testing & bug fixing;
Review launched complex campaigns;
Change campaigns by request;
Manage campaigns versioning;
Communicate with customers and internal team for successful launch campaigns;
Actualize customer campaigns map in Notion/Miro.

Strong mindset;
Readiness to learn a lot of new tools;
Knowledge of web-sites structure (ecommerce, financial, etc);
Knowledge of SCRUM methodology, experience with Task Managers would be a plus;
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS would be a plus;
Strong organization skills, a proven ability to multitask, and meet deadlines;
Fluent English is a must as you will also work with European accounts (other languages would be a plus);
Ability to communicate in a comprehensible and clear way based on target audience;
Agility combined with attentiveness;
e-Commerce or relevant digital agency experience would be a big advantage.
