About the role

You live and breathe short-form content. You can scroll through TikTok or Reels for hours—not just for fun, but to understand what works.

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven videos that bring the StayingBee brand to life and inspire people to join the community.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate and produce at least 3 short-form videos weekly (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align on content strategy and trends
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Stay on top of trending sounds, hashtags, and formats
• Experiment, analyze, and iterate based on content performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video editing skills
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., Runway, Pika)
• Proven experience creating short-form video content
• Passionate about content that’s fast, fresh, and fun
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Reels algorithms
• Prior experience in personal or brand content creation is a plus
