Spendkey collects, cleans, and enriches data from documents and systems so that you can analyse spend, compare contracts and invoices, share insights, make recommendations, and get things done.  

Spendkey is an AI-powered spend data platform with autonomous sourcing and negotiations.  

Takes proactive steps to control spend, makes timely decisions and negotiates better deals with automated tasks that reduce supply risk, cut costs, enhance quality and improve sustainability and performance. 

About the role:

The Product Owner will act as the voice of the customer, focusing on maximising product value through GenAI solutions like co-pilot features, automated recommendations, and autonomous sourcing. They will manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap for GenAI features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements for enterprise procurement solutions.
• Prioritise the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on high-value features that reduce third-party spend, minimise supplier risk, and help clients meet ESG goals.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure product increments are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum environment, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or AI.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier risk management, and ESG targets.
• Experience working with AI/ML or GenAI-based products is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
