About the role:

The Lead GenAI Engineer will  focus on designing and leading the integration of GenAI-powered agents using Amazon Bedrock. Will be responsible for building and scaling AI agents with a focus on product innovation and continuous improvements in autonomous sourcing and recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and other AWS-native AI tools.
• Integrate Amazon Bedrock foundation models (e.g., large language models, generative agents) into product features.
• Collaborate with developers and AI/ML engineers to implement AI agents, automated narratives, and co-pilots.
• Ensure the AI models are scalable, secure, and meet enterprise-grade performance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Amazon Bedrock and 3-4 years of experience with other AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Rekognition)
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or AI.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture for deploying AI agents using AWS Bedrock.
• Proven experience in full-stack development and AI integration into enterprise SaaS products.
