The Role

As QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring new functionality is thoroughly tested, existing functionality remains stable and releases are delivered with confidence.

Release & Quality Reporting

  • Support release testing and deployment validation
  • Provide objective feedback on software quality and release readiness
  • Document testing outcomes, identified risks and outstanding issues
  • Produce clear testing evidence to support release decisions

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Support the development of automated testing frameworks and regression coverage
  • Contribute to CI/CD quality processes and automated validation activities
  • Help improve testing standards, documentation and QA procedures
  • Promote continuous improvement across software delivery processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Around 3–5 years' experience within Software Testing, Quality Assurance or Test Engineering
  • Experience testing web applications, SaaS products or business-critical software platforms
  • Strong manual testing, regression testing and end-to-end workflow validation experience
  • Experience producing structured defect reports and working directly with software developers
  • Familiarity with API testing tools, browser developer tools and basic database validation techniques
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, release management and testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and investigative skills

  • You'll enjoy investigating issues thoroughly, documenting findings clearly and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • This role would suit someone who takes pride in delivering reliable, well-tested software and enjoys being a trusted voice within the engineering team.
