We're looking for skilled and passionate Waiters who thrive in busy, guest-focused environments and genuinely enjoy delivering great hospitality. Whether you're welcoming a regular member, hosting a lively dinner service, or supporting a busy weekend shift, you'll play a key role in creating the warm, "home away from home" atmosphere Soho House is known for.

No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be recommending dishes and drinks, the next you'll be looking after a full section or supporting a private event. If you enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering memorable experiences, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Deliver warm, professional, and confident service throughout every shift
• Guide members and guests through the menu, specials, and drinks offerings
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure seamless service
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
• Support private events and other F&B outlets when required

Your schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Minimum availability of 2-3 days per week
• A mix of lunch, dinner, evening, and weekend shifts
• Flexibility during busy periods, public holidays, and special events

What we're looking for

• Previous hospitality or service-based experience is essential
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for great service
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
• Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic
• Able to stay calm and organised when the pace picks up
• Right to work in the Netherlands
