We're looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. Whether you're already building your culinary career or looking for the perfect place to start, this role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced chefs, develop your skills, and gain hands-on experience in a busy hospitality environment.

No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be preparing ingredients for service, the next you'll be supporting chefs during a busy lunch or dinner service. If you're eager to learn, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a genuine love for food, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Support the kitchen team with food preparation and mise-en-place
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to company standards
• Learn and develop core culinary techniques from experienced chefs
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
• Support private events and other operational areas when required

Your schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
