- Work both independently and closely with other developers
- Debug issues and maintain the existing codebase
- Review implementations to ensure they follow coding guidelines and architecture standards
- Proactively solve technical challenges and suggest improvements
🛠️ What we’re looking for
- Solid knowledge of the Unreal Engine 5 ecosystem, including: blueprints, animation blueprints, behaviour trees
- Strong debugging and profiling skills
- Experience writing clean and optimised C++ code
- A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
✨ Nice to have
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in the video game industry
- Experience working on at least one shipped game
- Experience with split-screen co-op systems
- Experience using Plastic SCM
- Good spoken and written English
- A genuine interest in video games 🎮

🚀 A fresh project
A chance to be involved in an innovative project and contribute to its technical foundations.
🏠 Hybrid work
2 days per week from the office.
🌳 Great office location
A comfortable, atmospheric office located right next to a park.
🕙 Flexible working hours
Core working hours: 10:00–16:00.
🎯 Recruitment Process
We like to keep our recruitment process simple and straightforward:
Interview – a conversation with our team to get to know each other, talk about your experience and tell you more about the project and the role.
Short recruitment task – a practical task that will give you a chance to show us how you approach gameplay programming and problem-solving.
That’s it – no unnecessarily complicated stages. 🙂
👋 Interested?
If this sounds like the kind of project and environment you’d enjoy working in, send us your application. We’d love to hear from you!
