Fleet Sales Administrator - Doncaster

As a Fleet Sales Administrator based in Doncaster, you will play a core role in the success of our fleet operations, supporting a busy corporate sales team and ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing new vehicle orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Registering, taxing, and invoicing vehicles in preparation for delivery.
• Raising workshop and valet preparation instructions.
• Keeping customers updated on order progress and expected arrival dates.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet customer requirements.
• Assisting with customer specification and lead time queries.
• Contacting customers to arrange deliveries.
• Checking and reconciling manufacturer support payments on new registrations.
• Maintaining accurate records and administration throughout.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment:

• Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or fleet administration would be advantageous, but not essential — training will be provided.
• Proven background in a busy administrative role with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise workload, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
