Executive Assistant to the founder

Plepic trains software engineers to build with Claude Code. We are hiring an executive assistant to the founder: run the founder's calendar and inbox, run cohort operations (registrations, Töötukassa filings, invoices, onboarding of participants and instructors), keep every open thread moving and keep Pipedrive current. You have been assistant to a management board member at least twice, in a technology or training company, and a board member you supported will vouch for you. Professional Estonian and English. €2,500 gross a month, full-time employee, Tallinn, hybrid.
