Business Development Representative

Plepic trains software engineers to build with Claude Code. We are hiring business development representatives to sell private cohorts to engineering organisations and seats in public cohorts: outbound every working day, every deal logged in Pipedrive, the founder joins for the technical questions and you close together. Two years or more of B2B sales to IT or software buyers, Estonian and English at selling level, credible with developers. Base plus uncapped commission on every cohort you close, paid when the client pays. Full-time, Tallinn, hybrid; Estonia first.
