Team Leader Nights

Shift Pattern: Sunday – Thursday 17:00-02:00

                            Tuesday – Saturday 17:00-02:00

£13.21 per hour + 10% night allowance

Principle Accountabilities & Objectives

• Carry out pre-shift checks ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place for a timely start to each shift
• Lead the Team to ensure the correct and accurate picking of goods to the dispatch area
• Drive continuous improvement
• Drive careful handling of stock
• Managing and ensuring consistency to the Company People Management Process
• Assist the picking team by being the first point of the leadership team for all queries
• Provide constructive feedback to individual Pick Operatives and the Pick team collectively regarding pick performance, pallet presentation and inventory accuracy
• Ensure the Pick Team understand expectations of them at all times in respect of all elements of performance and health and safety
• Focus on managing and improvement of all elements of performance at all times
• Ensure the shop floor is tour ready at all times
• Be health and safety aware at all times
• Be ever present on the shop floor utilising shop floor workstations to increase efficiency
• Develop your own leadership & Management skills alongside core competencies & skills.
