Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

If so, Now Education has an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and support great school just outside of Lincoln.

It would 5 days per week, ongoing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small group support to children with SEN.
• Assist in the effective implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Collaborate closely with teachers, teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans for children.
• Support behavior management within the classroom and throughout the school.
• Requirements:
• Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
• Provide two satisfactory references.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
