Marketing Team Leader

NEO Finance is a publicly listed fintech group. We are not looking for someone who simply executes tasks, but for a strategic partner to the management team: someone who can turn marketing into a revenue growth engine. Your results will not be measured by clicks or applications, but by loans issued, investor funds attracted and new payment clients acquired.

Paskolų klubas – consumer loans and investing. You will grow the volume of loans issued and the investor base.

• FinoMark – business financing. You will grow the flow of business loans and investor funds.

• Neopay – payment solutions. You will grow the number of merchants and payment transaction volumes.

What you will do

• Strategy. You will jointly develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets: segments, positioning, channels and budget allocation across the three brands.

• Media. You will lead TV, radio and YouTube campaigns, negotiate with media partners and ensure that brand awareness translates into demand.

• Digital marketing. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, CRM and email channels, measuring returns from every euro invested in marketing through to actual revenue.

• Partnerships. You will develop new revenue channels: affiliate, broker and agency programmes, as well as strategic partnerships with other companies.

• Team and agencies. You will lead a team of three people and external partners, including digital, media and PR agencies.

• AI. You will actively use AI tools and solutions in everyday marketing activities to improve efficiency, automate processes, optimise campaigns, analyse data and drive better business results.

• Management. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, take responsibility for revenue growth and recommend where to invest next.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of marketing experience.

• Proven results in driving revenue growth through marketing, not just traffic.

• Experience in digital marketing.

• Ability to build and negotiate partnerships.

• Analytical mindset: you understand the difference between an application and an issued loan, and know how much a euro of revenue costs.

• Practical experience using AI tools in marketing and the ability to apply them to improve marketing performance and efficiency.

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.

Salary range is 4000-6000 Eur gross/month. Final decision will depend on experience and qualifications.
