About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Licensing & SaaS Governance: Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, tenant ownership, license audits, software access, and Data Lake gateway controls.

  • Device Management & Compliance (MDM): Automate device provisioning, enforce disk encryption, manage OS updates, and perform remote wipes.

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM/RBAC/SSO): Streamline onboarding/offboarding, manage role-based permissions, implement Single Sign-On (SSO), and standardize VPN access (NeoPay / PK).

  • Hardware & Office Infrastructure: Oversee procurement, repairs, asset tracking, office Wi-Fi, network subnets, meeting room AV, calendars, and badge access.

  • IT Support & Security: Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain systems, manage backups, and enforce IT security policies.

  • AI & Workflow Automation: Use PowerShell, Python, APIs, and AI tools to automate repetitive IT operations, ticket handling, access provisioning, and administrative workflows.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience: 2+ years in System Administration, Internal IT, or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments; a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Automation Mindset: Ability to identify repetitive tasks and automate them using scripting, APIs, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM/RBAC, SSO, device management, and IT security fundamentals.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and process-improvement skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

  • Communication & Ownership: Ability to manage tasks independently, document processes, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.

    Salary 2800-3500 Eur gross/month. Final decision will depend on your experience and qualifications.
