Are you an Interim Senior HR Business Partner with experience of TUPE? The Senior Strategic People Partner is a senior, enterprise-facing people leader who partners with identified senior leaders to translate the organisation’s strategy into an integrated people, organisation and workforce agenda. The role shapes the organisation for the future, strengthens leadership and culture, anticipates workforce risk and opportunity, and ensures people priorities improve colleague experience, service quality, sustainable growth and organisational performance.
The role focuses significantly on enabling growth including many and complex TUPE transfers and subsequent service transformations. This role will review and monitor a number of TUPEs with others doing the activity. The role acts as the people leader with two direct reports (both People Partners) and pulls together working teams across the people and other functions to deliver strategic people solutions.
The areas of experience, skills and knowledge include the following: –
Substantial experience as a senior strategic People/HR partner with executive or director-level stakeholders in a large, complex organisation.
Strong background in TUPE with the skills to enable large contract performance and people transformation post transfer with focus on change management capability.
Experience leading complex organisation design, transformation, culture and workforce change across organisational boundaries.
Strong strategic workforce planning, talent and succession capability, including future skills, critical roles and organisational risk on a 3 – 5 year time horizon.
Strong coaching, consulting, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, including constructive senior-level challenge.
Experience in health and social care, preferably within the substance misuse sector.
Experience working with recognised trade unions and complex employee or industrial relations.
