Main activities:

• Assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Senior Store Manager, ensuring continuity and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily operations and service routines, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with company standards.
• Support first-line managers in coordinating teams and resolving complex operational issues.
• Help drive sales performance and the customer experience as a direct liaison to the Senior Store Manager.
