👗 Ready-to-Wear Expertise & Client Experience

Longchamp is looking for a Senior Ready-to-Wear Ambassador to join our boutique on PC Hooftstraat in Amsterdam.

A French, family-owned and independent Maison since 1948, Longchamp is recognised worldwide for its craftsmanship, creativity and contemporary Parisian spirit.

This newly created position is designed to strengthen and further develop the Ready-to-Wear universe within our Amsterdam boutique.

As the boutique’s Ready-to-Wear expert, you will play a key role in making this category a strong pillar of the Longchamp client experience, alongside our historic expertise in leather goods.

YOUR ROLE

As Senior Ready-to-Wear Ambassador, you are the boutique’s reference point for the entire Ready-to-Wear universe.

Working closely with both our clients and the sales team, you will develop the category’s commercial performance, share your expertise and ensure the collections are presented to the highest standards.

With your strong knowledge of fashion, fabrics, fits and silhouettes, you will guide our clients in creating complete looks while developing cross-selling opportunities across Ready-to-Wear, leather goods and accessories.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ready-to-Wear Commercial DevelopmenT

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Longchamp Ready-to-Wear collections, including fabrics, cuts, sizing, fit and seasonal collections.
• Deliver expert, personalised advice to our local and international clientele.
• Guide clients in creating complete silhouettes and looks that reflect their individual style and expectations.
• Bring an expert eye to garment fit and presentation.
• Accurately prepare any alteration requirements before handover to the tailor.

Knowledge Sharing & Team Support

• Act as the boutique’s Ready-to-Wear reference for the entire sales team.
• Share your product knowledge and expertise across the team.
• Coach and support colleagues on the sales floor to build their confidence and expertise in selling Ready-to-Wear.
• Help maintain a high level of product knowledge and storytelling throughout the boutique.

Presentation & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure an impeccable presentation of the Ready-to-Wear area
