Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with customers, then this role is for you.

The Role

You’ll deliver a wide range of painting and decorating services across local authority, education, retail, pubs, and private sector sites.

This is a customer-facing role, where your workmanship and attitude will directly contribute to our reputation. You will be trusted to work independently while maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality painting & decorating work across various sites
Work professionally in occupied premises, ensuring minimal disruption
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site teams
Accurately complete job reports using mobile devices
Follow all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations
Collaborate effectively with other trades to meet project requirements

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience working in occupied environments (retail, pubs, public buildings)
NVQ / City & Guilds in Painting & Decorating (desirable)
A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, flexible, and solution-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence (essential)

Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Flexible with working hours when required (occasional evenings early start/weekends maybe required)

Desirable Skills

Multi-trade / handyman experience
PASMA, IPAF, or SSSTS certifications

What We Offer

£30,000 – £31,500 salary (depending on experience)
40-hour working week
22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service
