Position description

Your role

Serving a clientele for whom quality of service matters as much as the property itself
Proactively identifying and approaching owners of premium properties
Building long-term relationships with private and institutional clients
Managing and growing a client portfolio in the premium and ultra-premium segment
Letting exceptional residential properties, including those that never appear on public listing portals
Active use of the internal CRM and leads ready for outreach
Cross-selling across the full service portfolio: financing, sales, investment
Representing the brand at networking and industry events

Candidate profile

3–5 years of experience in real estate with a proven track record in sales or rentals
Discretion when dealing with discerning clients
Professional presentation in the office, at events and on social media
Fluent Czech and English, as part of our client base consists of expats
Valid category B driving licence
