At LEXXUS NORTON, we are looking for an experienced commercial leader to take charge of our Residential Leasing division and become one of the company's key leaders.

This is not a start-up opportunity or a role where you'll be building a department from scratch. You will inherit a well-established team of experienced leasing professionals with a strong track record. Your mission will be to grow the division, expand the team, and position it as the first choice for owners of premium residential properties in Prague and the surrounding area seeking a trusted, professional partner to lease and manage their rental properties.

We are looking for a leader who inspires and develops people, thinks strategically, has a strong commercial mindset, and remains closely connected to both the market and clients.

Position description

What you will be doing

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of residential leasing professionals
• Significantly expand the leasing team by attracting and hiring top talent
• Define and execute the division's commercial strategy, taking full ownership of its performance and results
• Systematically grow the portfolio of residential properties entrusted to the company for lease.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and key business partners
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop new sources of client acquisition
• Personally lead and support high-value and strategically important leasing transactions
• Continuously optimize business processes, operating standards, and the overall client experience
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to the development of residential property management services and solutions for larger investment portfolios

What we are looking for

• proven track record of leading, developing, and growing high-performing sales teams
• strong commercial mindset and excel at winning new clients while building long-term relationships
• natural leader who inspires others, leads by example, and fosters a high-performance culture
• strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoy staying actively involved in the business
• experience designing efficient processes and identifying new opportunities for growth
• experience from the real estate industry, ideally within the residential sector
• fluent in both Czech and English
• valid Category B driving licence
