Customer Service Specialist with Danish

We are recruiting for a global technology and services leader

Responsibilities:

• Answering questions about flight bookings and reservations
• Assisting with ticket changes, rebooking and cancellations
• Handling refund inquiries
• Providing information about the loyalty programme
• Answering general travel-related questions

Requirements:

• Danish at C1 level
• English at B2 level or higher
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw (Hybrid work may become possible later, depending on the arrangements. Normally after 5-6 months if all goes fine at work.)
• Ability to participate in an online interview via Microsoft Teams, with a camera and microphone

Offer:

• Start Date - 23.11.2026
• Employment contract
• Salary: 11 000 pln gross per month
• Work model - 40 hours per week, 5 working days per week. Hotline is open Monday–Friday: 07:00–19:00 and Weekends: 09:00–18:00
