Founder Associate

About the role

As the right-hand person to the CEO, you will sit at the heart of Kleep's operations and strategy, working directly with Federico. It is a seat of real responsibility, and a tour of every part of a company growing fast.

What you will do

• Sales: customer acquisition and management, partnerships, sales materials
• Tech: research new technologies and their potential use cases for Kleep
• Finance: support investor relations and monitor the business plan
• Product: test the product, identify new features
• Image & marketing: promote the Kleep brand on social media and in newsletters
• Strategy: benchmark competitors, analyze the market
• HR: help source the next great profiles

Who you are

• Curious, creative and proactive, always looking for a better way to engage
• Organized and goal-oriented: you structure your work and follow up without being chased
• Genuinely interested in B2B SaaS and innovation
• Previous experience in ops is a plus, not a requirement
• Professional proficiency in English or French
• Education: M1 / M2 level
