Hygiene Operative – Night Shift
We’re looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our night shift team at JDM Food Group. You’ll play a key role in keeping our factory clean, safe, and ready for production. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

This is a site-based role at our Bicker facility, reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, and working full-time on a 3’s and 2’s night shift pattern (17:00–05:00).

Key Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the site to high standards.
• Follow hygiene schedules and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials correctly and safely.
• Keep PPE and cleaning products stored properly.
• Report any issues or faults to your Supervisor.
• Complete all cleaning paperwork clearly and on time.
• Help maintain food safety and quality at all times.

About You

• Cleaning Chemicals knowledge, Food hygiene and HACCP would be a strong advantage
• Experience in Production cleaning
• Reliable and hard-working, with good attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely.
• Positive and helpful attitude with good teamwork skills.
• Flexible and willing to learn.
• Able to travel to and from work independently.
