Hallam Medical are looking for experienced Community Nurses to support the evening and district nursing night services in Gloucestershire. 

What to expect in the role:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes across Gloucestershire.
• Work as part of the Evening and District Nursing Night Service, providing essential overnight care.
• Work alongside a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), who will provide transport throughout the shift.
• Travel across the county to visit patients with a variety of clinical needs.
• Undertake clinical assessments, administer treatments and monitor patients’ conditions.
• Support patients to remain safe, comfortable and well cared for in their own homes.
• Shifts 7 days a week: 22:00 till 08:00

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification
• NMC Registered
• Community Nursing experience
• Wound Care
• Managing Observations
• Catheter Care
