Hallam Medical has opportunities for Emergency Care Practitioners (ECP) to support join a Home Visiting Service in Whitehaven, Cumbria. 

We are looking for motivated and experienced Emergency Care Practitioners to join a busy Home Visiting Service in Whitehaven, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within the community.

In this role you will work autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team, you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in their own homes, helping to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and ensuring timely access to care.

A driver and car will be provided for travel.

Client Requirements:

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
• Independent Prescriber qualification preferred
• NMC / HCPC registration
• Experience in Urgent, Emergency or Primary Care
• Experience in Palliative Care, With end of life initiating and prescribing
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach and the ability to work independently
• A full UK driving licence
