Job Introduction

Key Tasks

• Independent responsibility for the hardware aspects of projects, from the quotation phase through to commissioning 
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation in German and English 
• Creation of manufacturing plans and circuit diagrams 
• Preparation of customer-specific hardware documentation and maintenance manuals 
• Planning and coordination of required components in close cooperation with Purchasing 
• Technical support for production and manufacturing 
• Delivery of hardware training sessions 
• Handling and coordination of RMA cases 
• Support during the commissioning of our solutions 

Key Qualifications

• Completed technical qualification in data technology, electrical engineering, electromechanics, or a comparable technical field 
• Basic knowledge of SAP 
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure 
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 
• Knowledge of Linux is an advantage 
• Very good command of German and basic knowledge of English 
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style 
• Enjoy working collaboratively in interdisciplinary project teams 
• Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel 
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance process
