Catering Supervisor – Stafford Manor High

Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday

Term Time Only

£14.00/hour

8am to 3pm

Covers 200 pupils and 30 nursery

Duties:

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards- Oversee and assist kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes- Monitor food quality and taste for consistency- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items- Train new kitchen staff members Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
