The role ensures budget alignment between project and line organizations, manages spare parts requirements and logistics coordination, and leads vehicle benchmarking, test events, and test expeditions. It also serves as a key interface across stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of the complete V&V scope.Key Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Verification & Validation Lead       The Verification & Validation department supports our clients’ brand in EU and consist of three areas:SW Verification (Functional Health Check test and Over The Air test)Complete Car ValidationOnsight workshop including management of all test vehicles complete life cycle during the development processThe department is managed by a management team that include project managers for all Verification & Validation activities within the department.As we are now ramping up the number of projects to be launched in EU we now need an additional Verification & Validation Lead.The team is located in Gothenburg.
 Qualifications and skills required for the role
Experience from minimum full car development projects through all phases from PS to OktB+10y experience in project managementSW development and OTA process knowledgeTest rig and complete vehicle verification and validation skills

Driver’s license (B)

Proficient skills in English, both spoken and written Mandarin is a bonus.
