Design and power the intelligence layer behind Collekt’s AI-driven loan performance platform. Work across borrower interaction data, recovery outcomes, and system telemetry to generate insight that directly improves lender performance.

This Is Not Reporting. This is building the data spine of a live orchestration system.

What You’ll Own

• Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines across voice, chat, payment, and CRM systems
• Structuring raw borrower interaction data into analysis-ready models
• Designing lender performance dashboards:
  • Resolution
  • Engagement
  • Cost-to-collect
  • Behavioural signals
• Creating datasets for ML training and experimentation
• Running deep-dive analyses on:
  • Borrower behaviour
  • Channel performance
  • Recovery uplift
• Defining and tracking core system metrics (engagement → negotiation → payment → closure)
• Supporting pilot performance measurement and proof-of-value frameworks
• Working closely with Product, AI, and Operations to convert insight into system improvements
• This is not static BI. It’s continuous signal extraction from live collections systems.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Analytics Engineering
• Strong SQL (advanced joins, window functions, performance optimisation)
• Experience building ETL / ELT pipelines
• Comfort working with large-scale structured and semi-structured data
• Strong statistical intuition and ability to translate analysis into business decisions
• Experience with Python (Pandas, basic modelling workflows)
• Clear communicator — able to explain insight to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in fintech, lending, collections, or payments
• Familiarity with AWS / Redshift / Snowflake / BigQuery
• Experience working with voice transcripts, NLP datasets, or LLM systems
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, uplift modelling)
• Understanding of lending economics:
  • DPD buckets
  • Roll rates
  • Recovery curves
