IT Analyst — Public Sector

We are looking for an IT analyst who turns business requirements into a technical specification: data model, interfaces and integrations with Czech public administration systems (ISZR, ISDS, eGSB, CzechPOINT), use cases and acceptance criteria. You will work directly with a senior architect on solution design aligned with the National Architecture Framework and the agency’s IT strategy, specify APIs and data migrations, and verify that delivery matches the specification. SQL, REST/SOAP interfaces and experience documenting solutions for the Chief eGovernment Architect’s office (OHA) are a plus. Fluent Czech is required.
