Business Analyst — Public Sector

We are looking for a business analyst for public administration projects. You will work on-site with the client to understand how an agenda really runs, model processes (AS-IS / TO-BE in BPMN), write business requirements and turn legislation into a clear specification. You will help prepare public tender documentation and feasibility studies, and act as the bridge between civil servants, the architect and the delivery team. Experience with Czech eGovernment (base registers, data boxes, citizen identity) and the Act on Public Administration Information Systems is a plus. Fluent Czech is required. We want people who can run a workshop and write a document the client actually reads.
