About the Role

Join the operations team at a hospitality SaaS company expanding across Europe. You will manage guest cases, coordinate with remote colleagues and local service providers, and turn day-to-day experience into scalable processes.

What You'll Do

Support guests throughout their journey, from booking inquiries through check-out, using AI support while taking ownership of decisions.
Coordinate tasks and priorities between remote teams, customers, and external service providers.
Identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
Build and improve operational processes based on real guest scenarios.
Work closely with the founding team to help develop hospitality operations.

What We're Looking For

Native German speaker with English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
A completed university degree in business administration, communications, economics, or a related field.
Experience in guest operations, customer service, or hospitality operations, including guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, or check-outs.
Experience coordinating across teams, customers, and external service providers.
Ability to identify workflow improvements and make organized decisions under time pressure.
Background in hospitality, short-term rentals, property operations, or a related field is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €40,000 to €45,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
