I am working with an established and progressive law firm in the Sale area that is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, working with a varied client base and dealing with more complex matters, including high-value estates.

You will have the freedom to take ownership of your files, develop your client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

The opportunity:

You'll be handling a broad range of Private Client work, including:

• Wills and Probate

• Estate Administration

• Trusts and Estate Planning

• Inheritance Tax and tax planning

• Complex and high-value estates

You will be working directly with clients, providing practical advice and managing matters from start to finish.

There is also scope to get involved in business development, networking and building relationships that will help the department continue to grow.

What are they looking for?

I am keen to speak with an experienced Private Client Solicitor who:

• Has strong technical knowledge across Private Client

• Is confident managing their own caseload

• Has experience dealing with complex and high-value estates

• Enjoys working directly with clients and building lasting relationships

• Has excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills

• Takes a proactive approach and enjoys being part of a developing team

STEP qualification would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
